Join us for a high-intensity workout where you will see amazing results in half the time! This is a fast-paced program offering an innovative mix of traditional boxing skills and technique, athletic conditioning and cardio.
The Fighter Conditioning Program is the perfect choice for both males and females who have had some prior strength and conditioning experience. Prior boxing experience is not necessary.
The Fighter Conditioning class begins with a warmup that includes jumping rope, shadow boxing and basic boxing skill techniques. Next, students rotate around the circuit for athletic conditioning. Each workout station is designed to help you condition a different body part and series of muscles while simultaneously giving you a 50-minute cardio workout. Your trainer will instruct, guide, motivate and encourage you to push harder and really give it your all.
At each station you'll find Weapon Loop visuals, which are designed to help you understand and master the skills and exercises. You will receive continuous coaching assistance to keep you engaged and moving forward with your personal progress.
7 Challenging Workout Stations - Master Them All, One by One
Station 1: Heavy Bags. Hone your skill with basic punches and footwork. Relieve stress and expend energy with intense cardio and strength training.
Station 2: Pull-Ups - Upper Body Strength. Thoroughly work your pecs, back, shoulders, lats, biceps, triceps.
Station 3: The Ring. Warm up with shadowboxing. Move like a fighter.
Station 4: Core Body Strength. Your core is your power source and stabilizer - work your abs and lower back for that "fighter's first line of defense."
Station 5: Light Bags. Improve eye-hand coordination and speed on double-end bags and speed bags.
Station 6: Kettlebells. Increase incredible functional strength, flexibility and balance.
Station 7: Plyometrics. High intensity and full cardio - explosive movements that increase functional, fast muscle twitch response.

The F-15 Private Group initiates you into the basics of boxing mechanics using the breakthrough F-15 System. It's a must for newcomers, and a great refresher for those returning to the sport. This program applies the same principles as the Fighter Conditioning Circuit, but at a more advanced level. The main distinction is that the F-15 Private Group includes explicit instruction and coaching from one trainer who oversees a small group of students. In this group, "we have the entire gym to ourselves." The class is small and highly interactive - limited to no more than 10 people - and runs for 55 minutes.

A brief program overview:
The F-15 Private Group class kicks off with a "sweat, burn and learn" phase - designed to bring you up-to-speed and/or back into the ring again. First you'll be instructed on the basic punches. Watch, learn, imitate, repeat. Then engage in trainer-led combinations while receiving constant feedback on form and follow-through. These moves make up your "F-15 Skill Drill" - the shadowboxing and footwork you'll use for your 15-minute warmup at the start of each class.
After several weeks of practicing and perfecting fundamental moves, the majority of students will have achieved significant improvement. At this time, we'll add another level of technique and skill to the program and integrate the two. The work and progressions continue as we amp it up with cardio, weights, plyometrics and other combinations that increase your strength, endurance and skill. You won't believe the improvement in your physical appearance within just a couple of weeks of participating in this program. And if that's not enough to get your juices flowing...
Some private groups even reach the point where members lace up, get in the ring, and spar with each other!

As with all of the programs offered at Peter Welch's F-15 Training Center, you will have access to our full range of equipment and workout stations. Each station features a unique PW Weapon Loop diagram, along with instructions for beginner, intermediate and advanced level students. Put your newfound skill to work at all 7 Stations: Heavy Bags, Pull-Ups, The Ring, Core Body Strength, Light Bags, Kettlebells and Plyometrics.

Pro/Am Fighter's Group
***for Professional and Amateur Fighters ONLY***
8-10 p.m. Monday through Friday, maximum 20 people. Sign up a month in advance.
The F-15 Training Center offers a special program for amateur and professional fighters who wish to train both independently and under the supervision of Peter Welch trainers. This is an advanced program for serious boxing professionals only! Each day of the week offers a slightly different workout. The program runs in the evenings starting at 8 p.m. so that the Fighter's Team can have full access to the equipment and a private area where you can train at a higher level of intensity.

Ammunition Nutrition
At the F-15 Fitness Center, we take a holistic lifestyle approach to weight loss, physical conditioning, strength, stamina and health. Once you commit to being in the best shape of your life, you'll want to augment your workout program with proper nutritional support. We are currently developing a program called Ammunition Nutrition which will help you master the basic food groups, portion control, food journaling, weight loss goals and other ways to nourish your body.
