Precontest/Personalized Diet - $150

This would be a personalized diet designed especially for you. I will need a lot of necessary information from you, which would include your daily caloric intake; activity level; height; weight; goals; etc. Also includes a supplement schedule along with your diet plan. I will guide you through your entire 12-15 week pre-contest diet routine based on your needs.

Diet Plan - $50

This would be a basic one-time diet plan designed for your individual goals.

Workout Plan - $45

This would map out your whole month's worth of training sessions based on your goals and time available.

Diet and Workout Plan Combo - $75

This would map out your whole month's worth of training sessions based on your goals and time available.

12-WEEK CONTEST PREP PROGRAM INDIVIDUALIZED TO SUIT YOUR PARTICULAR GOALS AND NEEDS

Your 12-week plan will include:

  • Workouts tailored to fit your individual needs and body type
  • Cardiovascular training and conditioning drills
  • Individualized diets designed to bring you in at your optimum condition
  • Final week contest preparation information including carbohydrate, water and sodium manipulation
  • Advice about time management and organizational tools
  • Consultation on suits, shoes, tanning product and make-up consultation
  • How to use stats to keep you on track to attain your goal
  • We will correspond via e-mail using photos to make adjustments to your diet and workouts as needed in preparation for your upcoming show
