Keith Wrightington is a graduate of Bridgewater State College with a degree in Exercise Science. He is currently a C.H.E.K Practitioner and Vitality Coach through the C.H.E.K Institute in Encinitas, CA. The C.H.E.K Institute is revered by many for producing some of the finest health and exercise professionals in the world. In addition, Keith is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (C.S.C.S) through the National Strength & Conditioning Association and is also a practicing St. John Neuromuscular Therapist.

Jennifer Wrightington is a graduate of Bridgewater State College with a degree in Psychology. She is currently a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She is also Pilates Matwork certified through the Mind & Body Institute.

Together Keith and Jennifer own FITWright, personalized health and fitness consultants. At FITWright, they design customized dietary, exercise, and lifestyle programs based upon the unique needs of the individual. All programs address the physical, chemical, and mental aspects of the client. Each program is a long-term investment into the overall well being of the client.

Collectively, Keith and Jennifer have more than fifteen years of experience in the health and fitness industry. They have dedicated their lives to training, coaching and inspiring clients to a better quality of life. Their motto is simple, "train right, eat right……FITWright!" With many tools at their disposal, Keith and Jennifer provide an integrative approach to conventional personal training. You could say that they're putting the personal, back into training!
